Another order…

I placed another order shortly after I placed my supplement order. My supplements haven’t arrived yet, but today I got the two Blender Bottles I ordered today. These look like normal shaker bottles, but they have a small wire ball inside that should really help mix up my protein shakes. My only fear is that I will end up losing the wire shaker balls. I wonder if they sell replacements?

let me know how this works. kristin actually bought me two protein shakes for christmas that just have a stable wire like thing at the top. this looks pretty cool. i’ll let you know when i start a seperate blog just for tracking my ‘08 training - it’s ironman time! we’ve both got big fitness goals this year. good luck with yours!

I look forward to reading about your training!! I wish I was training for an Ironman. Maybe in 2009 once I slim down a bunch. I used to run Cross Country in high school so I know I am crazy enough to try it.
