Day 007: Oh my aching back..
Jan 07 2008As I posted this morning I woke up with lower back pain. It was enough to make standing uncomfortable. Needless to say working out was out of the picture. I was hoping to get a workout in tonight, but even this evening my back was still sore.
Tonight I made Whole Wheat and Flax Tortilla Chips. It took a bit longer than I had hoped, but the end product was well worth the time. I love to cook so I generally enjoy my time in the kitchen.
I feel guilty for missing my first workout, but I need to remember to pace myself. This a marathon not a sprint and diet is just as important as exercise.
