Week 2: Update

This Week: 331.0 lbs/BF%: 40.9%

Ugh. Well I haven’t been drinking enough water or getting enough sleep. I could be that I am not eating enough. I doubt I am eating too much. While it seems counter intuitive to say that I am not losing weight because I’m not eating enough, but if you don’t get the calories your body needs for period of time your body will switch in to ’starvation mode’. Starvation Mode is basically where your body starts doing what it needs to do to keep you alive the longest. Some people believe in the concept of Starvation Mode some people don’t. I believe in it and I think it makes sense.

 

I know I need to do better if I am going to reach my goal so I am going to spend some time tonight planning out my meals for next week. I will make sure I am getting the proper number of calories.
