Week 3: Update

Wow! I guess I had a good week! I have no explanation as to why I lost so much weight…. my only thought is my body decided to finally let go a little.
Next week holds some challenges. I will be out of town for two and half days. I will try to knock out some body weight workouts in my hotel room if I have the opportunity and I will also do my best to make the healthiest food choices I can. I also won’t have much time to pre-make all my lunches. So wish me luck… next week is going to be tricky.

I travel quite a bit and it does make it hard - if you can actually get the motivation up to use the hotel workout room you are ahead of the game. Stay away from the mini-bar, be cautious if you order room service. If there is a grocery store nearby or even a 7-11 try to stock up on some protein bars or fruit and vegetables.
