Day 026: Planning…
Jan 26 2008So it’s been 4 weeks and I am not seeing the results I was hoping for. I happy I’ve lost some weight, but my goal was to lose 1.5-2 pounds a week and I am not meeting that goal. I have yet to get on a good workout schedule and I am not getting enough sleep.
So it’s time to revamp things. I am going to add 2-3 days of cardio a week along with getting on track with resistance training 3 days a week. Like I mentioned yesterday I have given up trying to be a morning person and I am going back to getting up at 7am. My goal is to get 7-8 hours of sleep a night. I will get back to drinking a lot of water and cutting down on my caffeine intake. In my previous post I outlined the amount of calories I need to eat a day. I will keep a food log, like I originally planned, of everything I eat during the day.
Anyway thats the plan…. February is going to be a better month.

anything but the caffeine! not sleeping & that crazy work schedule you have isn’t making things any easier. try to get on a schedule & enjoy all the caffeine your heart can handle!
