Day 35: Feeling unmotivated…

I do great when I have everything planned out, but when I stumble I fall. I really need to come up with a new approach and dig deep to find that little extra something.

Sorry I went MIA over the weekend. Never fear I am back.

I am the same way. Without a plan, I am totally unmotivated. I started a system where I check off days on a calendar that I have worked out. I told myself I have to get at least 4 checks a week. It has been working. Matt bugs me to death if I am not going to make my 4.

I like 24 HR Fitness for the most part. Right after work is a really bad time to go. I’ve been trying to go early morning before work. It’s a challenge because I’m not a morning person at all. But it gives me a great start to my day and I feel good all day.
