		<description>Yeah the lay off was unintentional. I know consistency is the key, but obviously my tendency is to be lazy so it's also a bit of behavior modification also.

My goal for the next six weeks is to work out 6 days a week. Which means at the minimum stairs during the weekdays and something at night.. either walking, weights, or yoga. On the weekend it means at least walking, but better yet kayaking or hiking.</description>

		<description>i had dinner with a good friend sunday night who is also doing ironman oceanside in san diego next month. we were talking about training &#38; she said the one principle that all the pros swear by is consistency in your workouts. it should never be about taking time off &#38; then "hitting it hard." if you want to succeed, stay consistent!</description>
