Day 051: Slow and steady…
Feb 20 2008I hit the stairs again yesterday. It always seems to be harder on Tuesdays. I also lifted weights in the evening. I skipped doing leg work because of doing the stairs. No reason to over do it.
I have decided to take Wednesdays off. That being said I plan on heading back out to the Greenbelt this weekend and I also plan to finally get out and do some paddling.
So my new exercise schedual looks like this:
Monday: Stairs, Resistance Training (Chest, Biceps, and Shoulders)
Tuesday: Stairs, Resistance Training (Back, Triceps, Abs)
Wednesday: Rest Day
Thursday: Stairs, Resistance Training (Chest, Biceps, and Shoulders)
Friday: Stairs, Resistance Training (Back, Triceps, Abs)
Saturday: Hike, Bike, or Paddle (if all else fails walk on the treadmill for 30 mins)
Sunday: Hike, Bike, or Paddle (if all else fails walk on the treadmill for 30 mins)
